Nanshan Manor Held 2019 Domestic Fine Brandy Strategy Release Conference

On June 29, Nanshan Manor held the 2019 Domestic Fine Brandy Strategy Release Conference at Crowne Plaza Yantai Sea View. Sun Chengxian, the original president of Yantai Wine Association, Su Dongping, the dean of School of Wine and Tourism Management of University of Jinan Quancheng College, Zhao Yongfu, the director of National Wine, Liquor & Juice Liquor Product Quality Supervision & Inspection Center and other experts of the wine industry, together with Song Jiankai, the deputy general manager of New Nanshan International, Xing Qijun, the general manager of Nanshan Manor, Ren Bin, the executive deputy general manager, Zhang Shipeng, the chief engineer and other leaders attended the conference.


At the conference, Song Jiankai, the deputy general manager of New Nanshan International delivered a welcome speech to express his gratitude to the industry colleagues and partners present at the conference, and introduced the overall situation of Nanshan, the development philosophy and business model of Nanshan Manor Wine Co., Ltd., etc., hoping to further deepen cooperation and communication with industry colleagues and partners and join hands to achieve mutual benefit and win-win development.


Dean Su Dongping said in his speech that Nanshan Manor, as one of the leading industries in the wine industry, had achieved gratifying results after 18 years of hard work, which was closely related to the emphasis on professional talents and cultivation of professional talents of Nanshan Manor. The School of Wine and Tourism Management has always been committed to cultivating and delivering applied high-quality talents for the wine industry and will provide intellectual support for the future development of Nanshan Manor.


At the conference, Zhao Yongfu, the director of National Wine, Liquor & Juice Liquor Product Quality Supervision & Inspection Center, announced the inspection results of 38° fine brandy of Nanshan Manor carried out by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, which all met the national inspection indexes.
Ren Bin, the executive deputy general manager of Nanshan Manor, and Zhang Zhipeng, the chief engineer, respectively introduced the characteristics of the new product of XO brandy and the current situation of the wine market. At present, the raw wine filling of the imported brandy concentrates on the middle and low-end OEM with uneven quality, which doesn’t create advantageous brands, while the competition focuses too much on price and packaging. However, the fine brandy of Nanshan Manor has a strong hardware base: a full set of distillation equipment from cognac producing area——Charonde Pot-type Distillation Still and more than 5,000 hand-made 200-year oak barrels from France with annual capacity of 5,000 tons; solid technical strength, committed to continuous exploration and precipitation as well as heritage and deepening of traditional brandy technology; and constant storage of good wine with 16 years of high-quality vintage, of which the volume and quality are superior in the same field of China. Nanshan Manor will develop the fine brandy market through series of products, carefully cultivate 3-5 high-quality brands with partners, and form brand alliance in the domestic fine brandy market.


It is said that the brandy shown at this conference is made by Nanshan Manor after 19 years of unremitting efforts. Compared with the high-end brandy on the market, two products, “Glaem 15-year Barrel–collected XO” and “Menglett 10-year Barrel-collected Fine XO”, have the ultra-long aging time in oak barrels for 10-15 years. Although the aging time is long and the loss is high, it better reflects the plus-and-minus brand philosophy of Nanshan Manor.


Since the establishment of the factory in 2001, Nanshan Manor began its strategic layout of brandy.
