Nanshan Group post-doctoral research station was qualified and approved to independently recruit post-doctors

In June 2024,the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee issued the Notice on the Consent of 7 units including Nanshan Group Co.,Ltd.to independently recruit postdoctoral researchers,and the postdoctoral research station of Nanshan Group Co.,Ltd.obtained the qualification of independent recruitment and training of postdoctoral researchers.

It is reported that a total of 7 stations in Shandong Province were approved,and only Nanshan Group was approved in the candidates of Yantai City.This marks the company’s high-level innovative young talent training work has reached a new level,and provides a strong support for Yantai Nanshan College to enrich and strengthen the faculty.

Nanshan Group postdoctoral research workstation has achieved fruitful results

In August 2010,with the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee,Nanshan Group postdoctoral research station was officially established.Since the establishment of the station,the company has given full play to the advantages of teaching,research and production integration and innovation,and has achieved remarkable scientific research results.

By June 2024,it has enrolled a total of 20 postdoctoral fellows,and presided over 1 project of China Postdoctoral Fund,1 project of Shandong Province Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program,1 project of Shandong Province Postdoctoral Innovation Program,and 6 projects of Shandong Province Natural Science Foundation;participated in 2 national key research and development programs,24 group scientific research projects,published nearly 100 papers,of which 45 were included in SCI,13 were included in EI,29 were granted national authorized invention patents,and attracted project funds and the transformation of scientific research achievements up to one hundred millions yuan,effectively promoting the innovation and development of various industries in Nanshan and the improvement of innovation achievements in Yantai Nanshan College.

Post-doctoral fellow cultivation is highly recognized

The postdoctoral work has been affirmed by the superior authorities for many times.In 2020,the postdoctoral workstation of Nanshan Group was awarded as the national outstanding postdoctoral research workstation,the first in Yantai City;In 2023,the ex-station post-doctoral fellow won the title of“Excellent Postdoctoral Doctor of Shandong Province”;the postdoctoral fellow in the station won the title of“Shandong Taishan Industry Leading Talent”.
