Nanshan Aluminum won the achievement award of Shandong Employee Innovation and Effectiveness Competition

On April 9,the award ceremony of“Nanshan Aluminum won the provincial final of the 2023 Shandong Provincial Employee Innovation and Effectiveness Competition”was held in Nanshan.Longkou Federation of Trade Unions presented the award to Nanshan Aluminum team.

At the ceremony,Longkou Federation of Trade Unions read the"Notification of Shandong Federation of Trade Unions on the Results of the Provincial Final of the 2023 Shandong Provincial Employee Innovation and Effectiveness Competition",announcing that in the provincial final of the 2023 Shandong Provincial Employee Innovation and Effectiveness Competition held recently by Shandong Federation of Trade Unions,as declared by Nanshan Aluminum,the COMAC Aviation 7055 aluminum alloy T profile extrusion process optimization and bending processing deformation research innovation project won the second prize.Zhang Xuelei,Party secretary and executive vice chairman of Longkou Federation of Trade Unions,presented awards to Lyu Zhengfeng,chairman and general manager of Nanshan Aluminum.The representatives of the winning team introduced the winning research achievements and made a declaration statement respectively.

According to reports,products of COMAC Aviation 7055 aluminum alloy T profile extrusion process optimization and bending processing deformation research and innovation achievement are research and development projects based on the domestic large aircraft aviation materials localization conversion background,mainly used in wing girder of COMAC aircraft C919 model.The application landing of the achievement has made Nanshan Aluminum become the first domestic enterprise with the mass production capacity of the product,breaking the foreign technology monopoly,and has a milestone significance for the domestic civil aircraft industry to achieve independent research&development and production,and has made a strong footprint in the innovation and development history of Nanshan Aluminum.
