Nanshan Zhishang's new fabric won the highest award in the "Weierjia" competition

On July 26, the 41st National Wool Textile Annual Conference and the "Weiljia" New Product Design Competition Conference hosted by the China Textile Engineering Society opened in Shengzhou, Zhejiang. Four new product fabrics selected by Nanshan Zhishang won awards in the competition.

 Among them, the new fabric "Qimeng Bubble" won the first prize, the highest award in the weaving group, "Qilan Protection·Smart Spinning Legend" won the second prize in the weaving group, and "Qishang" and "Moonlight Yarn" won the third prize in the weaving group.

First Prize Works——Qimeng Bubble Technology Innovation

The "Dream Bubble" fabric is made of Merino wool processed with Nanshan Zhishang's patented technology, combined with mulberry silk, nylon and other raw materials. It is supplemented with yarn matching and arrangement on the basis of plain weave. After a special wet heat treatment process, the shrinkage difference between ordinary wool yarn and OPTIM wool yarn is used to shrink the fabric to be tight, forming a bubble wrinkle effect on the fabric surface, giving the fabric natural elasticity, wrinkle resistance, water repellency and other multifunctional properties.

Second Prize Works——Qilan Protective Smart Textile Legend

The "Qilan Protection·Smart Spinning Legend" fabric innovatively uses a blend of merino wool and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, achieving the dual advantages of the fabric being both warm and comfortable and extremely wear-resistant. A special mercerizing process is used to improve the feel and wrinkle resistance of the fabric, making it feel silky, crisp and dry.

Third Prize Works - Moonlight Veil and Qi Shang

The "Moonlight Yarn" fabric combines 80S imported Australian wool and 2.4D diacetate fiber, and uses compact spinning and environmentally friendly dyeing technology to give the fabric a smooth luster, excellent elasticity and drape, making it suitable for a variety of clothing applications.

The "Qishang" fabric is mainly made of merino wool, combined with cellulose fiber and mulberry silk. Through special spinning technology and organizational structure, it achieves dimensional stability, breathability, wear resistance and antibacterial functions.
