Nanshan FIGEAC Aero Industry Co., Ltd. passed the AS9100 quality management system certification for the first time

Recently,it was learned from IAQG(International Aerospace Quality Group)website that Nanshan FIGEAC Aero Industry Co.,LTD.(short for:Nanshan FIGEAC)after a series of strict examination of professional certification bodies,had passed the AS9100 aerospace system certification for the first time,and obtained the certificate.

Nanshan FIGEAC Aero Industry Co.,LTD.was established by FIGEAC AERO and Nanshan Aluminum Co.,LTD.as a joint venture.As soon as Nanshan FIGEAC issued the certification request,the system certification department of Nanshan Aluminum Management and Control Center immediately arrived at the site and gave technical support,organized and set up a project team,formulated the project phase work plan,defined the project phase tasks and time nodes.Even during the Spring Festival,both sides maintained a high intensity of work to ensure the orderly development of the AS9100 aerospace system certification planning.

The construction of Nanshan FIGEAC system integrates the operation mode of the original FIGEAC AERO system and Nanshan Aluminum system,creating a system document applicable to the management of Nanshan FIGEAC AERO.Nanshan Aluminum and Nanshan FIGEAC worked together to plan the system processes in terms of organizational structure,division of responsibilities,production process flow and others,organize and compile system documents,and design the related record forms.The production site was managed and rationally arranged according to 5S.As planned,the internal audit and management review were organized and carried out,the first stage and the second stage of the on-site audit were successfully completed,the audit task was completed one month in advance to ensure perfect end of the certification project.

This time,Nanshan FIGEAC successfully obtained the AS9100 aerospace system certificate in the shortest time,which won favorable time for the company to enter the market in advance and saved operating costs.The achievement of the AS9100 aviation certification shows the rapid response ability and mature team experience of Nanshan FIGEAC to aviation customers.
