Hangxin Technology won the “Proficiency Testing Quality Award”

Recently,Hangxin Material Technology Co.,LTD.(Testing Center)won the“Proficiency Testing Quality Award”with excellent performance in the 2021-2022 proficiency testing selection activity of experiments&tests held by Beijing NIL.

It is reported that the selection is comprehensively based on the number of proficiency testing items to participate,the result satisfaction rate and other basis of selection,the participating units are as many as 2900 units,with winning ratio only 4%.Beijing NIL is the first third-party independent organization with the qualification of proficiency testing provider in China,and the only experiment&test proficiency testing provider recognized by NADCAP(National Aerospace and Defense Contractor Credit Program)in China.The proficiency testing is the quality control activities using inter-laboratory comparison to determine of laboratory technical proficiency,is one necessary condition for a laboratory to apply for accreditation and certification qualifications,to join and maintain the international mutual recognition agreement(MRA).

It is reported that in order to improve the level of testing technology and quality management ability,Hangxin Technology participated in 40 international proficiency testing programs in 2021-2022,including 18 domestic NIL proficiency testing programs,22 foreign proficiency testing programs by overseas institution--France PTP.Up to now,129 testing parameters have been involved in the proficiency verification programs at home and abroad,and satisfactory results have been obtained for all.Its scope covers high temperature tensile,high cycle fatigue,hardness,crack propagation rate,durable creep,chemical composition analysis,metallographic inspection and other metal material testing fields in conformance with the requirements of NADCAP,CNAS,CMA,Boeing,Airbus and others on laboratory proficiency testing.
